V = A * h;
V = volume of the building;
h = 35 m ;
A = the area of floor plan;
A = 30 ^2 + π*15^2 - (π*15^2) / 4 => A = 900 + π*675 / 4 ≈
900 + 3.14*675 / 4 ≈ 900 + 529.87 ≈ 1429.87m^2
V ≈ 50045.45 m^3
