=2x^2 + 3xy^2 +2xy^2 +3y^4
=2x^2 + 5xy^2 +3y^4

Use the foil method for this problem (if you don't know what this is google it).

After the foil method, you get - 2x^2 + 3xy^2 + 2y^2 + 3y^4

You combine like terms and put them in order by exponent number:
5y^6 + 2x^2 + 3xy^2
