(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2
center is (h,k)
radius is r
means that ny point, r units from (h,k) is on it
means that the points (h+r,k) and (h-r,k) and (h,k+r) and (h,k-r) are defenitely on the circle


given
(x-2)^2+(y-(-3))^2=2^2
center is (2,-3)
radius is 2

points on it are
(4,-3) and (0,-3) and (2,-1) and (2,-5)
there are more, but these are 4 that are defenitely on it
