What would happen if you swallow your nails? Will they build up in your organs and cause surgery? And ways to stop nail biting ( im a boy ) so pedicures wont work.

There is this spray you can get at the store that you can spray on your nails whenever you bite them you will stop right away cause it doesn't taste good at all! It smells gross too.

Men can get pedicures i see it all the time. Just clip them to where you are unable to bite them
