How to explain how to plot the points P(4,10) and Q(9,3) in a coordinate plane?

Firstly, this is the most important thing to know (x,y). This means that you plot the first number in the x axis and the second number in the y axis. For example, (4,10). You would plot the 4 on the right side of the x axis and you would plot the 10 all the way at the top in the y axis.
