The answer is:

c.The value of T at Recording Station N would be greater than T at Recording Station S.

The explanation:

- when we talk about the relation between the Time (T) and the distance (d) at constant velocity , we will find that The time (T) is directly proportional with the distance (d) .

- and when the distance to the epicenter of the earthquake for station N is 200 Km and the distance to the epicenter of the same earthquake for station S is 100 Km So, the value of the time T at recording station N would be greater than the Time T at Recording Station S.
