2x-8y=32
-8y=-2x+32
make everything positive:
8y=2x-32
Divide everything by 8 so you only have y on the left:
y=x/4-4

Hope this helps :)

not sure if this is right but
Slope-Intercept from: y=mx+b
2x-8y=32 ( minus 2x from each side)
-8y=-2x+32 (divided each term by -8)
y= 1/4x-4( when dividing neg. by a neg so it becomes a positive.)
