The equation of line m is 4x + 5y = -2.

What is the slope of a line that is perpendicular to line m?

4x + 5y = -2
5y = -4x - 2
y = -4/5x - 2/5.....slope here is -4/5. A perpendicular line will have a negative reciprocal slope. All that means is flip the slope and change the sign. So ur perpendicular line will have a slope of 5/4 (see how I flipped the slope and changed the sign)
