Let us assume the measure of the first angle = x degrees
Then
Measure of the second angle = 2x
Measure of the third angle = 3 * 2x
= 6x
Now
x + 2x + 6x = 180
9x = 180
x = 180/9
= 20 degrees
So
Measure of the third angle = 6x
= 6 * 20
= 120 degrees
From the above deduction, it can be concluded that the correct option among all the options that are given in the question is option "C".
