2.90 = 290 / 100 = 29 / 10;
2.90 ÷ 29 = ( 29 / 10 ) ÷ 29 = ( 29 / 10 ) * ( 1 / 29 ) = 29 / 290 = 1 / 10 = 0.1 ;
