The quotient will be greater than the whole number.
For example if 2 is divided by 1/2 (which is less than 1) you will get 4 which is greater than the whole number 2
Therefore the quotient will be greater than the whole number
2÷(1/2)= 4

The quotient will be lesser than the whole number because you're dividing in this problem.
