look at the number to the right of the 10th place that number is 0. 0 is smaller than 5 so the number stays the same

Since you're rounding to the nearest tenth, look at the hundredth's place to determine whether you round up or down. In this case, the hundredth's place is the 0 after the 2.

32,020.20 is already rounded to the nearest tenth.
