PLEASE HELP ME!

y+1=-3/5(x-4) how do you graph this ? what are some points that i can graph, im still really confused about this

Okay, so you need to get this to y=mx+b..

y+1= -3/5(x-3)
y+1= -3/5x+9/5
-1 -1
y=-3/5x+2/5

So now you go on with graphing it
...
