Barros Luco is a popular hot sandwich in Chile that incorporates hamburger and softened cheese[1] in one of a few sorts of bread. The sandwich is named after Chilean president Ramón Barros Luco, and was begat in the eatery of the National Congress of Chile, where president Barros Luco dependably requested this sandwich. Other sources point to Confitería Torres as where the sandwich was made.
