The answer is B.
It can't be A because oil provides a large amount of money and the Middle East is rich in it.
It can't be C because the Middle East does not have fertile land (it's in a desert mostly).
And it can't be D because oil is the highest thing in demand currently. It's what runs our cars and much more.
Oil is however, nonrenewable. So once it's used up, it's just gone. So your answer is B.
