X is 90 degree because a horizontal line has its degree 180 and the half of it is 90 degree . In this case AD and BC are horizontal lines with their degree 180 and the half is 90 degree

a triangles sum is always 180 total.
so if one corner is 33 degrees. and the opposite corner is the same then you know that makes 66 degrees.
you take that minus 180. so 66 - 180 which leaves 114.
so X is 114
