How is the version of Macbeth created by Orson Welles different from the original Macbeth?

Macbeth" directed by Orson Welles, low-budget, black and white, some good cinematography and acting by Welles, but gets dull here and there. The original version it's the book which pretty much you have to visualize how it was.
