3/4's of 50, HOW THE HECK WILL I DIVIDE IT WITHOUGH THE ANSWER BEING A GOSH DARN DECIMAL? Thanks.

You can turn 50 into a fraction (50/1) and use it to multiply 3/4 × 50/1 and get 150/4. Simplify by two and get 75/2. That is as far as you can simplify it without making it a decimal.

3/4 of 50 is 12.5 it isn't exactly possible to have an exact whole number in this situation unless you stopped at 48 and had a remainder of 2.
