FORMULA FOR SURFACE AREA OF SPHERE = 4 pi r^2

r = 6 " area = 4 pi X 6 X 6 = 144 pi " squared

r = 12 "

area = 4 X pi X 12 X 12 = 576 pi" squared

ANSWER Area will be 4 times the original
