well, number one is to put your phone faaarrr away from you and then get organized. fix up your desk and put your textbook or notes infront of you. Don't study on your bed of couch. in my experience, its better to study on a desk or somewhere you won't want to fall asleep. find somewhere that is quiet and do not listen to music while studying. your mind will focus on the music instead of studying. finally after you finish one subject or part of studying, do 10 jumping jacks or any other kind of exersize. studies show if you exersize during studying, the material sinks in more. also study old homework and assignments.
