Why is exercise important for someone with arthritis and what types of exercises might a doctor or physical therapist reccomend to someone with arthritis?

It increases strength and flexibility, reduces joint pain and helps fight fatigue.
- movement range exercises, strengthening exercises, aerobic exercise and other activities.
