To factor out 2/9, we must find how it factors out of 2/3. Divide 2/3 by 2/9, which is the same as multiplying â…” and 9/2, then you get (2*9)/(2*3) or 9/3 which is 3. So factored out the expresssion looks like 2/9(j+3)

Factorisation:
2/9j+2/3
=2/9j+6/9
=2/9(j+3)
