solution
5x+2=5/2 (1-2x)
= 5/2-5x
2.5-5x
Therefore it's not consistent since both the LHS is not equal to the RHS

5x+2=5/2(1-2x)
5x+2=5/2-5x
2=5/2
So it is inconsistent
