percent means parts out of 100
x/100=x%
24/32=x/100
12/16=x/100
6/8=x/100
3/4=x/100
times 400 both sides
300=4x
divide both sides by 4
75=x
answer is 75%

You should say:
(24*100)/32 which is equal to 75%
