So, if it takes Chris 30 min walking you divided into 3. 1/3 of 30 min is 10 minutes so, it takes Chris 10 min to get to work driving. He leaves at 7:20 so 20 + 30= 50 so he gets there at 7:50. 50-10=40 so the latest Chris can leave at is 7:40.
