The answer is 41.
Let the number of guest be x.
$15 per guest is: 15x
There is addition of $60 because of the mistake: +60
The final bill was 675:
675 = 15x + 60
675 - 60 = 15x
615 = 15x
x = 615 / 15
x = 41
