Kinetic energy (K.E) = 1/2 mass x velocity²
Momentum (P) = mass x velocity
K.E = 1/2 Pv
233 = 1/2 x 20.4 x v
v = 22.8 m/s
20.4 = 22.8m
m = 0.89 kg
