we have

3x+2y=1 ------> equation A

-6x-4y=-2 ------> equation B

Multiply the equation A by
-2 both sides

-2(3x+2y)=-2(1)

-6x-4y=-2 -----> equation A and equation B are the same

so

This is a consistent dependent system.

The system has an infinite number of solutions.

When you graph the equations, both equations represent the same line.

therefore

the answer is

The system has an infinite number of solutions.
