Sleeping serves many functions for us. Briefly explain how sleep can:

a. provide protection
b. promote physical growth

A I'm not to sure. But Sleep protects us from serious injuries or just going insane like ripping off your skin, both layers, that's not fun.
B. Sleep provides Physical growth by burning calories and by having proper nutrients to grow more, make sure eat healthy food with a lot of nutrients to grow faster
