Answer: Solar power and wind power are both clean energy sources.

Step-by-step explanation:

Renewable energy is produced by those resources which can be replenished after a single use such resources are abundantly present on planet earth such as sunlight, water and wind.

Solar power and wind power are the two renewable sources of energy which are harnessed from the light energy of sun and wind currents respectively. The heat energy generated after capturing the sunlight is used for the generation of electricity. The solar energy can be used for the functioning of solar panel cell, solar cooker and solar water heater.

The wind energy is capturing from high speed wind current by the wind mill or wind turbine which capture this energy to electrical energy.

The main advantage of using these energy sources is that they do not generate gaseous pollutants which could pollute air, water and soil like other conventional sources of energy like use of fossil fuels.

The correct answer for this question would be the third option. The statement that correctly compares the benefits of two forms of renewable energy is this: Solar power and wind power are both clean energy sources. They are considered as clean and renewable energy because both are natural energy and are always available. Hope this answer helps
