=10(4+13x-5)
=10(-1+13x)
=-10(13x)
=-130x

So let's multiply both values. Remember that in multiplying this, what we are going to do with the exponents is just to add them.
So 5x^2 (2x^2) = 10x^4
5x^2 (13x) = 65x^3
5x^2 (-5) = -25x^2.
