8.11 x 10^-3, 435, 34 x 102, 1.2 x 107. I think that's right from least to greatest, i'm not SUPER good at Math but i think this is good.

The important thing to remember is that when the exponent of 10 in a scientific notation is negative, the decimal point is moved to the left decreasing its value. The opposite is true with positive exponent for 10. Thus, the arrangement from least to greatest is
8.11 x 10-3 < 435 < 34 x 102 <
1.2 x 107
