while they have illegalised weaponry and some forms of warfare, it would be smart to illegalise war all together however there's no stopping war

The best logical choice would be no. However, the moral choice would be yes since war is inhumane. War would kill many people and would hurt many. Logically, if a country bans war, other countries that have not banned war will attack this country. A solution would be to unite the world under a common government.
