Answer: 4²+7²

Explanation:

since length of line segment (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is given by

√((x1-x2)^2+(y1-y2)^2)

here (x1,y1)=(3,-5) and (x2,y2)=(-1,2)

hernce length =
√((3-(-1))^2+(-5-2)^2)

=
√((4)^2+(7)^2)

the answer is b) 4^2 + 7^2
proof
(3.-5) - (-1.2) = (4. -7), the length of vectAB((4. -7) =sqrt (4^2 + 7^2)
