the answer for ur question is
by using pythogarus property

AB^2=BC^2+AC^2
OB^2=RB^2+OR^2
IT IS GIVEN THAT OB=10 AND RB= 8
10^2=8^2 +OR^2
100=64+OR^2
OR^2=100-64
OR^2=36
THE SQUARE ROOT OF 36 IS 6
SO, OR=6
