Please explain(physically) why curl of an electric field is zero but that of magnetic field is not zero.

I know that former is conservative and all. I just want to ask what is the physical significance of curl?

You can consider it the degree to which the electric field lines flow around each of the three organize tomahawks: this is the general elucidation of twist. For an electric field created by stationary charges, the field lines point radially, with no flow. Surely, for any twist free electric field, you can decide the appropriation of charges by taking the dissimilarity. In the event that you have an electric field with twist, you know it's produced in some other way.
