f(x)=(x-3i)(x+3i) \\f(x)=x^2-(3i)^2 \\f(x)=x^2-9i^2 \\f(x)=x^2-9(-1) \\f(x)=x^2+9

x-intercepts of its graph

f(x)=0 \\(x-3i)(x+3i)=0 \\x-3i=0 \Rightarrow x=3i \\x+3i=0 \Rightarrow x=-3i
