15:55 smaller can be 5:18 because 15 divided by 3= 5 and 55 divided by 3 is 18.333333333333333 repeated rounding down is 18! Hope this helps! Thx :)

15/55 = 3*5 / 11*5 = 3/11 (simplified by 5)
