x+y=1 is really -1+0=1 so x = -1 y = 0

2x-y=-2 is really 2*0+2=-2 so x = 0 y = 2

Hi fren,

x=−y+1
and for the second one...
y=2x+2

x-intercept >> (−1,0)
y-intercept >> (0,2)
