The Kingdom Protista has a bunch of organisms thrown into the category because scientists have yet to sort them out properly. In the future these classifications might become more specific.

Answer:

might be divided into 2 kingdoms or might change definitions of other kingdoms

Step-by-step explanation:

The Protist Kingdom, also called the Protoctist Kingdom, is a diverse group of eukaryotic organisms that do not fit into the other eukaryotic kingdoms. If an organism, although eukaryotic, does not have the necessary characteristics of a fungus, plant or animal, it is probably inserted into the Protist Kingdom.

The organisms present in the Protist Kingdom are protozoa and algae. Both organisms were formerly members of other kingdoms: protozoa were part of the Animal Kingdom and algae were part of the Vegetable Kingdom. However, it may be that in the future these organisms give rise to two more kingdoms, or be reincerted into the animal and plant kingdoms.
