The answer is 0.15 because all you do is divide the numerator by the denominator

When you're trying to find a decimal from a fraction, the best thing to do is to divide 1 by the denominator (20)
1/20= 0.05
As you're looking for three lots, you've got to multiply 0.05 by 3
0.5x3= 0.15
Therefore, 3/20 as a decimal is 0.15
Hope this helps :)
