if you have a sample of muscle and bone cells mixed together how would u determine which were muscles

There are many differences between bone cells and muscle cells which would help you determine which is which if they were mixed together.
First of all - they produce different kinds of proteins. Then, their shape is different - bone cells are roundish, whereas muscle cells have long fibers. Muscle cells also have more mitochondria than bone cells, because they release more energy.
