(6x3 + 18x2) - 3x2 =
6x3 + (18x2 - 3x2) =
6x3 + 15x2
The correct answer is
D. 6x3 + 15x2.
This is so because you can only subtract numbers which have the same power, such as 18x2 and 3x2 in this case. 6x3 stays the same.
