What you need to do is take 650 and subtract the number of weeks paid times $76.
So, if these are your options:
After 5 weeks, Rudolph is $285 in debt
After 6 weeks, Rudolph is $185 in debt
After 7 weeks, Rudolph is $100 in debt.
After 8 weeks, Rudolph is $40 in debt

I: 650 - (5*76) = 650 - 380 = 270 - impossible, because the number has to be higher than the one he is in debt (285)
II: 650 - (6*76) = 650 - 194 - possible
III: 650 - (7*76) = 650 - 118 - possible
IV: 650 - (8*76) = 650 - 608 = 42 - possible

The correct answer is A. After 5 weeks, Rudolph is $285 in debt
