Hi , the better deal is the second one you're getting 75 only for $9 , compared to the first one the difference is 25 munchkins , in other words you get 25 more for only $2 , so the answer is 75 munchkins for $9.

The second deal is better bc u get 25 more munchkins and you only pay 2 more dollars.
