In a mathematical sentence what is the order of multiplication division subtraction and addition

PEMDAS they could be either way for * and /
and either way for + and -

The first two letters are brackets and indices, which you didn't include, so past that is
1. Division
2. Multiplication
3. Addition
4. Subtraction
I don't know how to form that into a 'mathematical sentence' though
