For the answer to the question above, I think the angles are equal to each other.

2x + 13 = 3x - 3

Subtract 13 to both sides:

2x = 3x - 16

Then it it will look like this, and you should divide them both by -1 to eliminate the negative on x

-x = -16

-1 -1

and the answer will be 16
