The correct answer would be D. 2.7 m meters.

To solve this,
v=s/r
since we have
s = 7.02 meters, \theta = 2.6
Then
7.02/2.6 = 2.7m

The correct answer is d. 2.7 m. This is the missing quantity which is the radian.
