The difference could be found with their definitions. For example, prion is an infectious agent composed of protein material. A virus, on the other hand, is a small infectious agent that replicates only inside the living cells of other organisms. Bacteria are single-celled organisms that grows in diverse environments. The Archaea is a single-celled microorganisms but not like bacteria. A fungus is a eukaryotic organism that includes unicellular microorganisms such as yeasts and molds. Algal is a unicellular or multicellular organisms formerly classified as plants that occurs in fresh or salt water. Protists are a diverse collection of organisms. A parasite worm is an organism that lives on or in a human or another animal and derives its nourishment from its host. Thank you for posting your question. I hope that this answer helped you.
