How do you rewrite an equation from point-slope form to slope-intercept form? And from slope-intercept form, how do you convert to standard form? ...?

Convert the the equation below from slope intercept form to point slope form. Substitute a convenient value of x into your equation and solve for y (You're doing this to get the point x1,y1 of the point slope formula ). Let's choose x = 3.
